Local Google Map updated

It's been brought to my attention that local google satellite maps were recently updated.
As an example: The highway on which Apples restaurant is located was not indicated on maps until the update

 
How recent the map update occurred can be noted in the image below, where the 3 story shophouse building completed in November 2013 is visible across from apples, yet the newer built cowboy restaurant across the street is still an empty field


The cowboy themed restaurant was built early this year, indicating that the local map was probably updated late last year or no later than January this year.

Heavy rains create temporary flooding

Sunday I had predicted the next major weather system to hit the area would be Tuesday.
Rain Tuesday evening was so heavy that some areas experienced kneeehigh water levels on local streets
