Joey is disabled. Resulting in stroke victim type injuries. Drags his foot,limited mobility of his right side. Hand unable to hold a pen. I finally scared the bejesus  out of him to do something.  Get doctor certified, check with government offices how they can help, get physical therapy, job retraining. Joey got medically certified. Now  receives monthly government assistance of 500 Baht, REALLY !!!  That's 16 baht per day.  What a deal !! It won't cover  daily survival, much less therapy or retraining

"Over a billion served per year"  Totally outlawing prostitution seems impractical.  You simply create more criminals and unemployed Registered, licensed and overseen, it's possible to control drugs, diseases and  wipe out child sex prostitution.  Of course it requires better oversight, that's why there is a registration fee. As of 2014 Thailand was still considered #1 in the industry

I've been in a number of doctors offices with televisions to entertain waiting patients.
Promptly at 6PM everyone seems to have something to do, be it play with their mobile phone, or run next door for some refreshments, or step outside for some fresh air.
The show preempts all broadcasts on all Thai televisions nightly at 6 pm

It would probably be less recognizable as propaganda if the clip was simply added to the nightly news
