There are a very limited number of museums in Thailand. Mostly found at major tourist cities.
Many temples have artifact collections. This collection was seen at a hotel in Nong Khai.

What if they change the rules
Think its a rumor that Thailand is about to change the retirement visa age from 50 to 60 years.
After hearing of this I checked a number of Thai embassy websites, none of them indicated such an age change.
Such a drastic change in visa requirement would make front page news.
The only article concerning such a change was posted at THAIVISA on August 2014.
It is a "What if" article entitled: Retirees, are you worried that the rules might change?
It seems highly unlikely that such an age change requirement would be implemented, as it would reduce Thailand's revenue.
If you have authentic information of such a change please use the "Post - Read comments here" link below

Tuesdays and Fridays the Road House will open at 0730 to accommodate anyone who wants to watch Monday Night and Thursday Night Football in the States and will serve Bloody Marys and breakfast. Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, we will be open at the usual time of 1200.
A little complicated but not too bad if you are in to American football.

It's not been a great year for the Sakon Nakhon Singha Puphan,
but the final game could be a win.
