The start of my catering experiences
1962 (age 18) Downtown Anchorage Ice Skating Rink Hot dogs, coffee, candy. One evening during a hockey game the goalie had his arm shattered by a puck. Thus started my short career in the amateur Anchorage Hockey League    |

Smoothy
 Fruit and or vegetables blended with ice and honey (optional) and vodka (optional) have become my favorite drinks.
This one is pineapple, peaches, banana, lime, ice and tequila.
Unlike in a juicer, no pulp is thrown away.
Smoothies gained popularity in the 1940's with the advent of the blender.
Smoothies are becoming popular at some local restaurants. |
