Airmail service to the U.S.A. from previous experience is generally seven to ten days. This time Airmail service took 16 days. I had to attend to the matter with a fax. Tried sending a fax from three local hotels and 3 fax services. None of them got through. Answers were: "Holiday!!" "Try after the holidays!!"
I called the fax number with my mobile, I got the fax receiving tone. I wonder if I can hook my fax machine to my mobile phone? The letter has arrived, the matter has been attended to. |

I got some happy smiles for my money
Those people who make a living going through the trash before the trash truck arrives. They make their living collecting recyclables. I have seen a few actually earning a good living at it, but most barely survive. Down the street from my house, a couple kids, don't think they were teenagers yet, where sorting their bounty. Cardboard, paper, plastic, glass, etc. It was evening, nearly dark. The picture is not very good, but you get the idea  I donated 200 baht and got some very happy smiles for my money |
