Those people who make a living going through the trash before the trash truck arrives. They make their living collecting recyclables. I have seen a few actually earning a good living at it, but most barely survive.
Down the street from my house, a couple kids, don't think they were teenagers yet, where sorting their bounty. Cardboard, paper, plastic, glass, etc.
