Martins wall is now near ground level

During yesterday's visit I noted sides caving in due to the water table. Notice the red brick wall upper left  That wall has now slipped into the trench.  Ropes fastened to the wall were to keep the water pipes stable  Also in danger of slipping into the hole is a cement electric pole I advided Martin that he should be fastened to a safety rope

Yesterday's thunder and lightening seemed to pass the city at a distance.  Locally it got slightly windy and some rain.  A bit on the cool side for today.
