I had used the steps in previous years to observe the height of the water level of Nong Hahn. These days that's not possible due to the parked tour boats. This newly rebuilt (blue pipe) water station used by municipal water trucks indicates the water level seems to be down by slightly over a foot

It rained almost continuously all last night, mostly light to medium. Expect light rain locally, heavy rain northern part of the province. System is moving ←east to west and should bypass the city, unless of course it decides to take a sharp left
Keep in mind all that heavy rain to the north will eventually drain south. The next system may take a somewhat southwest direction.
Filling my pool after cleaning it. Today the water turned earthen brown. Either there is a filter problem back at the lake, or a leak somewhere along the line. The water generally has a slight green appearance since I am using green tarps to filter the sun out
