No raindrops yet. That weather system has slowed down considerably and seems to be staying north of the city. Forecasters have just been pushing the heavy rain forward from Thursday to Friday to Saturday, as if to say "any time now." I'm spending my time redesigning the calendar.

Voting in 2018 U.S. Elections

VOTING IN 2018 U.S. ELECTIONS
Your vote counts! Did you know that many U.S. elections for house and senate seats have been decided by a margin smaller than the number of ballots cast by absentee voters? All states are required to count every absentee ballot as long as it is valid and reaches local election officials by the absentee ballot receipt deadline.

I'm guessing plenty rain Friday,
Occasional sun breaks a possibility
It's that tail end behind Bebinca that's coming our way. As this system seems to be crawling along, expect it to linger past the weekend |

Rainy season ho-hum
It rained almost continuously all last night, mostly light to medium. Expect light rain locally, heavy rain northern part of the province. System is moving ←east to west and should bypass the city, unless of course it decides to take a sharp left Keep in mind all that heavy rain to the north will eventually drain south. The next system may take a somewhat southwest direction. |
