Sakon FC Football survives another year

Regional division football season is over. I correctly predicted  a 5 goal loss.   Arrived at Khon Kaen nearly two hours early. The press pass gave us admission to restricted stadium parking. We had time for coffee before the game.    Stadium coffee shop decorations With the press pass I was able to walk freely around the stadium. Enjoyed the privilege. It became obvious that glass bottles and cans were not allowed in the stands.  Beer was sold in plastic cups. Security spotted our beer cans, but made no comment or complaint. Appreciated that too.    Fife times five times two times 12 bottles per case.  Beer was sold at 65 baht for a large plastic cup.  Electric scoreboard included game clock.   The official Thai League website lists Sakon Nakhon as 12th in the league of 14. Wikipedia lists Sakon Nakhon as 11th. A good argument could be made for either scenario. But making a will is important.  We don't like to talk about dying, but it's important in case you leave loved ones behind. Expats in Thailand should consider two wills, one for your home country, the other for Thailand. Also important is that you explain the who, what and wheres after your demise.  Unfortunately I have seen some wives left high and dry while other relatives emptied bank accounts on their way home. I must admit, we had momentarily stopped at a traffic light. I'm sure she was probably looking for directions
It's a great first step. Have not seen anything from TAT Nakhon Phanom.  This 'Official' has been posting to YouTube for three months. The video does need a narration or additional subtitles.

Dr. Warwick Selvey Chiropractor Olympian --- dead at 78.

Mister Selvey had moved to  Pankhon and established a Chiropractic clinic there. Warwick Perrins Selvey,born: December 3, 1939, is a former Australian Olympic athlete who competed in the shot put and discus events. Any time now

No raindrops yet. That weather system has slowed down considerably and seems to be staying north of the city. Forecasters have just been pushing the heavy rain forward from Thursday to Friday to Saturday, as if to say "any time now."
