Bangkok demonstrations seem to have resumed
The protest at Ratchaprasong ended peacefully around 9 pm. Some confrontation happened later on in Rang Nam and more footage of that can be found with @calebquinley.

No official announcement as of yet regarding any events.
Under normal circumstances there would be a parade.
Expect an announcement regarding limitation rules of floating lanterns.
Expect restrictions to insure a safe flight of a scheduled 7 pm departure.
Also be aware of wind conditions. I've seen these things rise to a certain altitude then jettison off like a rocket
