Risky side effects to dieting with medicine

I was diagnosed with borderline diabetes.  

Prescribed a number of pills per day.

After a month of pill swallowing, I decided I can do without. 

Wasn't cheap either, a months supply went into the trash.

A daily walk, less red meat, medicine only when extremely essential.

Recent spike in inflation is not helping the situation.

It seems like they are looking at taxing as much foreign income as they can without breaking international agreements, just bending them as much as possible.

Dengue Fever Season protect yourself

According to Topnews.co.th, 93 dengue patients were identified in Sakon Nakhon province May through mid June.

Myself had the fever in June 2013, and again in June 2019.  

Did a lot of throwing up. Some symptoms were very similar to food poisoning.

Ain't a secret, apartment complexes competing with hotels

There's an apartment building  across the street  from my house.  There are daily visitors, mostly on weekends.

You don't need to make expensive hotel reservations, you can just as well rent a room at an apartment building.  

There won't be a front desk or valet. You have to ask, many of these daily, short term, or long term apartments have fully functioning kitchens
