Winner decided in a penalty shootout

Very noticeable was the cheering section.  Seemed better organized than in past homegames.  For most of the game there was plenty to cheer. The game went into overtime (Extratime).  Nong Khai won the game in a penalty shootout

Plan Ahead if you can

The notice was posted at noon for a game at 3:30
This is what I love-hate about Thailand:
Advance notice 4 hours
Little time to make any plans. Lucky I had no other plans and the stadium is just a 2 minute drive from home.
Public events need better advance promotion

US citizen absentee voting

Voting laws changed in 2014. All U.S. citizens outside the United States who want to vote by absentee ballot must complete a new Federal Postcard Application (FPCA) every year if they wish to vote from abroad. You will no longer automatically receive ballots based on a previous absentee ballot request.
