N.E. Thailand by TMD:  During 22-24 Apr, scattered thunderstorm with gusty wind and isolated hail. Drop in temperature. Minimum temperature 17-22 °C. Maximum temperature 31-33 °C. Easterly winds 15-35 km/hr. During 25-28 Apr, isolated to widely scattered thundershower mostly in the upper and western part. Minimum temperature 20-24 °C. Maximum temperature 32-35 °C. Easterly winds 15-30 km/hr. The amount of rain should be reduced over the days ahead, increasing a bit again next week.    Of note: Rain season rains generally come from the east near mid-year.
