Safe to eat in moderation, no wax but other preservatives

The internet is a great source of helpful information.  Unfortunately one must be constantly on the alert for misleading and false information.
To get the truth at times one must do a bit of research.
The alert pictured has been around for a decade and a half.
Instant noodles do not contain wax.

Wax melts when heated.  In hot water you would see it float to the surface.

Styrofoam also does not contain wax.

Paper cups may be coated with wax, depending on country of manufacturing. Plastics are more commonly used as coatings

Probably more dangerous to your health are the preservatives used in manufacturing the noodles.

Worse yet are the flavoring packets with huge amounts of sodium and salt. High doses can cause increased blood pressure, diabetes, and an array of other health issues.

If you do eat these noodles it's advised you only use a small portion of the seasoning, better yet make your own.  Noodles by themselves have no nutritional value and should be eaten with a combination of vegetables, meats or eggs.
