Four are producing fruit at such a rate that I've been offering them to neighbors almost daily
Most Thais prefer papaya green (unripened) to use in a salad 'papaya pok pok.'
Since I have stomach acid problems I put the fruit in a blender and added some soda water. Not necessary, but I add a bit of honey to improve the health benefits.
Now I am using water bottles to stock up on the smoothies. Add shot or two of vodka to each bottle as a preservative and to avoid fermentation in the refrigerator.
Caution even though the fruit has many health benefits the fruit is not advised for people with latex allergies
