June 25, 2017  9:30 AM July 28 overflowed 15 minutes after this picture  Uncovered my drain which serves many of my gutters. It's at a standstill and rising. Got about another inch to go. Probably in the flood zone by this afternoon  29 July    |

Tell people to stay at home, every single road is flooded and most are unpassable.
Is the mobile phone service working there right now? My wife's been trying to contact her family in SN all day by phone, and hasn't been able to reach them.
There are a few bridges out I understand, electric, and internet off, don't drive if you go down a hole in road not safe my wife is trying to get back to Sakhon for are daughter roads closed from Phang khon,
