To your health

My favorite variations:
  1.  2 Bananas plus 3 to 4 spoons canned sweetened condensed cream
  2.  2 Bananas, plus milk and honey 
  3.  2 Bananas, plus milk and chocolate drink mix
  4.  2 Bananas and ice and a shot or two of your favorite rum, vodka, brandy, schnapps etc.

The potassium and magnesium in bananas may help protect you from muscle cramps at night and during workouts.
