Kritters of all kinds, pets, farm animals ... are warming themselves in the warm sun on cement pavement. Cement absorbs the heat from the sun. Dogs in the streets is quite common anywhere in Thailand. These days they are lying on the warm pavement, expecting drivers to 'go around.' Animals in the streets become a traffic problem mostly in rural areas. Not always.  |

If the dogs are on the pavement, they should be in no danger from drivers, as they are on the road?
