Just glad the problem is solved

The response I received: Since the beginning of the month, we have had some lingering issues related to renewing the security certificate of our servers. Due to a change in specifications, it caused many issues with streaming for many customers. Today the last of these problems should be cleared up, and you should be able to watch as before. If not, please do let me know ASAP. We will arrange to provide an extension to your packages to make up for the downtime.  If you wish a four day extension to your package, I recommend you send an email, requesting that extension.  It's not something I will pursue.
