Looking back the last decade, Sakon Nakhon's wettest has been mostly July and August. Later in the season the flooding tends to head south, Ayutthaya, Bangkok, Pattaya, and others. There have been many changes to recent weather patterns, best bet is to keep an eye on the storms forming and the paths they are following.
