Is Sinopharm effective against the Delta Strain ?

According to the Chulabhorn Royal Academy 5 million doses of Sinopharm have already been delivered, with the latest lot having arrived on Sunday (August 1st). 3 more batches, totaling 5 million doses, will arrive in mid and late August.
