Typhon RAI Presently over the Philippines is heading west.  

Forecast for Sakon Nakhon may involve rain and a thunderstorm on Christmas day.

It's too early to say with any certainty, but it's something to keep an eye on over the coming days.

The storm my loose strength moving over warmer ocean waters.
