Watching television on the net is becoming more and more popular. Some notable reasons  Not having to pay for channels you never watch  Re-runs now referred to as encore performances. The ability to watch programs at your convenience selectively Plenty FREE  Net television is evolving.  Services are coming and going.  In Thailand, the recent change in government has prompted a few streaming services to disappear.  US government law changes are imminent with apparent promises of more choices.  If you have links available for free and legal television streaming, available in Thailand, please post a reply below.  The ex-pat community is not limited by language. He slips a condom out of his pocket, and she looks delighted. Rear toilet? He suggests. Five minutes, she agrees and goes off. He waits five minutes, then goes and slips in there with her. Right, get that condom on, she says. Soon, they are both sighing with pleasure. But a sharp eyed stewardess has noticed them, and realized what they are up to, So, she humiliates them by making an announcement over the PA system. "To the lady and gentleman in the rear toilet, we know what you are doing, and it is expressly forbidden by airline regulations. Now, please put those cigarettes out and take the condom off the smoke detector." And what were you thinking? I worry about you sometimes!

No Walking

Continue to heal very slowly from my leg injury of the Sept 17 accident. Attended an appointment yesterday at the hospital where I was told "NO WALKING." How about grocery shopping? "NO WALKING." Have a dental appointment tomorrow, Guess I'll use crutches.  I've been given a hefty amount of Tramadol, a synthetic painkiller.  Unfortunately they don't relieve any pain. Took four of them, felt no change.  I begged for something more effective.  No can do codeine.  There was a hint it had something to do with the present government.  So every time the pain becomes extreme, the only alternative: I have to see a doctor for an injection.  Don't expect a miraculous recovery any time soon.  My next doctors appointment is in December.

School days in Thailand

Got a bit chilly last night,had to turn some fans off

8 AM temperature Nov 4 OK I was way off on that one.  I expected night time temperatures to drop into the teens about mid November, as last year.  Cooler temperatures arrived earlier than I have noted in the past five years of weather tracking. Temperatures began falling yesterday.  It was not very noticeable until early afternoon. Temperatures were cloaked by the humidity.  The coldest time of the  day is generally between 4 and 6 am.  I am certain the temperature was 19 earlier this morning  OH I should mention, some forecasters are predicting coolest cool season in years, decades maybe. They did forecast a few days ago that temperatures would drop, but did not specify where I thought  Somewhere, not in Sakon Nakhon
