All (telephone) SIM cards  used in Thailand must be registered  no Later than July 31, 2015 Tourists using their sim card from their home country, in many cases will be shocked upon their return home.  Such roaming charges are enormous in most cases. A Thai SIM card can be purchased for under 300 baht US$10 Extended stay foreigners may have registered their phones a few years ago when the SIM card laws were first announced. Paragon bombs 'homemade'      Bangkok Post

Security Message for U.S. Citizens:  Explosions at Siam Paragon Mall on February 1, 2015 At approximately 8:10 pm on the evening of February 1, 2015, Thai authorities reported that two small improvised explosive devices detonated in close proximity to the Siam Paragon Shopping Mall BTS entrance. Security personnel responded immediately to the scene to secure the area and began investigating the incident. This investigation remains ongoing.

Friendly game ends not so friendly

Sakon Nakhon Hosted Nakhon Phanom in a friendly game yesterday afternoon. With approximately 10 to 15 minutes left to play a fistfight broke out.  From the way I saw it a Nakhon Phanom player threw the first punch.   Referees quickly separated the combatants and decided to end the game  The Game ended tied at 1-1
