Drought in eight provinces, Bangkok Post Extended weather forecasts are mere educated guesses, especially if you look at months into the future. Unforeseen weather events can change the outcome
Most likely we will experience a few showers in April. From experience, there is at least some rain on one of the Songkran holidays. It will be interesting to keep an eye on the local lake. I have not heard that it ever went completely dry.Truth or Fiction Maybe this is the year that we get to see the Buddhist statue claimed to be under water in the lake. There had been reports a few years ago of attempts to raise the statue, unfortunately the cranes available did not accomplish the task
