Of course I also view stacks of bookmarks regarding local weather and sport.
Listing local upcoming events is still a dilemma. Mostly very short notices. Lot's of time when you ask about a date and time, your answer may just be someone's guess.
One thing is definite: Avoid Bangkok at the end of October during the royal cremation rituals. Traffic may well be atrocious "horrifyingly wicked."

Most weather forecasts were way off. They all forecast afternoon rain. That didn't happen here in the city (rain was reported nearby ), but the humidity went through the roof. The kind of day when you had better have a cold wet towel and plenty cool tall ones. I came prepared.
Football started off a bit slow. Sakon FC had possession of the ball most of the time. You know how that goes, as soon as you mention that the action is a bit lethargic, things start heating up. A red card for a Mukdahan player who had to be restrained by fellow players. He was ready to slug it out. Sakon FC let their defenses down in the last three minutes and le Mukdahan score a goal.
Sakon had many 'close calls,' the score should have been 6-1. But no cigar !!

Got this link for free tv streaming and video: freeintertv. You have to do a bit of weeding through. Many "live feeds" are youtube feeds. Then there's a lot of movies from youtube.
There are quite a few live feeds worth bookmarking. You have to search and find them. Nice thing : hardly any buffering delays.
freeintertv appears to be a subsidiary of film on, a pay service. Click on any subscribe link and you'll be sent to the $15 per month pay service. The FILMON site setup is not very user friendly, look for the premium tv list and you get an OP'S.
