Red Ant battle

Recently had two smaller mango trees chopped down to make room for solar panels.

Discovered a huge red ant infestation.

Planning on chopping down another smaller mango tree and am considering the value of the large mango tree. At a minimum I expect to drastically trim it.

While trimming I discovered a large red and nest, sprayed it with 'dish soap water' and hosed it for quite a while.

Red ant bites don't seem to irritate me so much anymore, have gotten almost immune.

Sakon Nakhon Province excluded from TMD 'Heavy Rains' Weather Warning BUT . . .

TMD Thai Meteorology Department in part reads ". . . On 14 and 15 October . . . chance of heavy rains in some of the Northeast provinces . . .

Most of the heavy rain is expected well south of Sakon Nakhon Province. We may see a thundershower and/or light rain.

A dip in overnight temperatures is expected for a few days next week. These temperatures a provincial averages, so expect possible cooler temperatures especially in mountainous areas
