TMD Thailand Meteorological Department Weather Warning "Active Low Pressure over South of Philippines" No. 2 Time Issued : September 10, 2016 The active low pressure over the South of the Philippines is moving to the South China Sea today (10 September) and gaining strength as tropical depression. During 13-15 September, the storm affects the North and the Northeast more rain, with the heavy in some parts. People should beware the severe conditions and stay tuned for the weather update.
