A phenomenon very frequently in valley. I refer to it as the doughnut hole. This morning the weather is moving mostly east to west. That most likely will change  A weather system north east of us continues to expand and may well decide to travel south  Tropical Depression Sixteen east of the Philippines may avoid the islands completely. |
