Was texting on facebook with a longtime friend

 Ikenna Austine.
Longtime Sakon Nakhon FC fans will recognise the name
 from the  2011 seasons.

Jakkree Thampitakkull dedicated a video to him

The conversation led me on a quest to find Sakon Nakhon FC videos. It's a continuing quest, but within an hour I collected over 70 videos ending with 2010.

Rainy Season

Two weather systems, one from the north, another from the south are doing a local circle dance for now. The weather from the north is dancing to the right, the weather  from the south is dancing to the left
As the dancers seem to be avoiding each other mostly, only an occasional bump and grind, expect thundershowers, cloudy skies, light rain, and some sun: Typical rainy season weather.
Beware, when the sun does appear, UV rays get very high 9 and extreme 10
UTC+7 = 06:32 BKK time

Govt to ban begging, control busking
Bangkok Post
Busking is the street performance for money.
Foreign beggars would be deported, Thai beggars would be taken to 'occupational training programs. '
Creating such laws simply creates criminals.  There are better ways to tackle such social problems.
