Maintenance funds not a priority?

Now the clock is running, but at the wrong time.

Rainy Season caution

We've had rain for about 10 days, it's becoming more common as we are heading into the rainy season.
Frogs are appearing on the scene and their orchestra can be heard nightly. With the frogs come their predator, snakes.

Snakes don't like surprises.  Look where you walk.  Keep your distance.
I have frequently come across snakes and simply made some loud noises and they scurry away.
Don't expect that from all snakes, especially bigger ones.

What works best for me is a strong spray bottle filled with a mixture of chlorine and water.  

Checking your toilet plumbing for holes is highly recommended. If there's rats, snakes will follow

System from the northwest still growing. Possibly heavy rain near noon, afternoon mostly cloudy. Thailand is not listed as a bean growing or consuming nation.  That's surprising since they were grown here centuries ago, predating ceramics

Used to enjoy refried beans before living in Thailand.  These days I occasionally refry or bake them, but mostly make do with re -microwaved.

To avoid "GAS," beans should be cooked well.  I do mine overnight in a crockpot. It's those undissolved sugars in beans that cause gas as they begin to verment in your stomach.

Chew well, eat with rice or other vegetables

 

I mixed pinto and kidney beans, chilli powder, pepperoni, hamburger and onions.  A slight sprinkle of ginger, turmeric helps digestion.

Recently planted a few rows of pinto beans.  If it works out, Ill be planting more
