The Roadhouse is normally closed on Mondays.

Roadhouse Gets Religious

The Roadhouse located in Tha Rae is adjusting it's operating hours in order to be 'In Sync' with  the local community.  Tha Rae is a catholic community.

The Roadhouse is 3 blocks east of the downtown highway junction

The roadhouse opens 9 am

The kitchen is open from noon until 9 pm.

Tha Rae Roadhouse closed for a few days

Highway construction in front of the Roadhouse makes the restaurant inaccessible while storm sewers are being installed.  The restaurant will be closed for at least two more days.

By Larry Nelson For my friends, tomorrow, May 2, the Roadhouse will be serving authentic Cajun Style Red Beans and Rice. Just like they make it in Louisiana. Red beans, sausage with secret Robert Bob De Angel​ spices over a bed of rice. Come on by and check it out. Starts at 2 PM ON ANOTHER NOTE, I WOULD LIKE TO CONGRATULATE Kevin Dawson​ and his wife Fa on the birth of their daughter, Margaret. Good job.

Local media adhering to the present day law are scrambling for news that's fit to be broadcast.
Regional football seems to be a winner.  Where there had been only one DV camera at games all season... the big boys have arrived.





It's only my opinion, but it seems that referees tend to do a better job when they know they are being recorded.  Less bad calls.
