Water level seems higher than average for this time of the year, even though the rainy season hasn't been all that strong. All boats seem freshly painted, all the derelicts are gone The longboat racetrack has yet to be cleared of vegetation.  Clean up should begin soon

It's called Beer Can Chicken, or  Beer Butt Chicken...  ... the can of beer goes in the chicken butt, after you have drunk some off the top.  Spices are added to the remaining beer.  Simply explained its a chicken beer enema In accordance with Thai law, beer is served to the chicken after 5 pm  It's a speciality of Colin's 'My House' restaurant, back by popular demand yesterday.   I was pleasantly stuffed in a pleasant laid back atmosphere.
