Most days I do local shopping I don't carry my mobile phone.  

Long journeys I take my phone with me and know exactly what it's doing:  It's listening in and taking note of all the places I've been.

Log on to google, open google maps, then open the menu on the left side. Scroll down and click on your timeline.

On November 19 I traveled to Sawang Daen Din. Google even discovered some of my photography that day and added them to the timeline.

November 22 I traveled to the University to watch another football game with a stopover at Udomchai Electric.  Google Maps  noted after the game  I stopped in at the Champions bar.  Went home for a moment then off for some fun at the football field three minutes from my house

Sakon Nakhon A has their first game of the Phu Phan Cup after cancellation of their first game when Ubon dropped out of the competition.  Plenty of familiar faces. Can they repeat last year's victory ?
The A team faces Bueng Kan who lost a first game to Roi Et last Wednesday.

191114 I'm not accident prone

I've had some serious body injuries on the job years ago. What does happen frequently is these old injuries tend to revisit.  One reason I do little exercise is to avoid reigniting these longtime injuries that happened thirty years ago.

Recently a neck injury was reignited with whiplash type pains. Very painful. Decided to visit the commercial hospital  knowing the visit would be more expensive than a doctors office.  Paid 500 Baht for the hospital visit and four medicines.  That's roughly US$ 16.  At a doctor's office I would have paid half. Getting just the medications would have been 100 baht.

This brings me to the conclusion that I will not be returning to the US in the near future. 

My (*1) medical expenses are minimal here and would be a large percent of my income in the US. I figure nearly $5,000 per year with medicare.

I was offered to live with some friends in Seattle.  The Seattle (*2) climate is the second major reason I am staying where I am. The mostly hot climate in Thailand limits recurrence of many of my body aches.

I prefer to have better alternative options. Let's say the Seattle option turns sour and I have to find my own residence. Seattle  (*3)  rental prices would eat up half of my monthly income. In Thailand I pay US$230 for a two bedroom house. A studio apartment goes for under US$100. 

I enjoy the friendship of many people and the many social activities, I'm just not willing to leave everything behind and start all over again.  I've done that too often in my lifetime.

I wholeheartedly appreciate my friends offering me an alternative and their understanding that I am declining the offer at this time

Every time I receive medicine I get on the web to find out what the medicine is for and recommended dosage.  This latest batch of medicine is self explanatory. 
Paindol is obviously medicine to relieve the pain. In this case  it's a generic version of tramadol

MYDOCALM  is obviously the muscle relaxant

I opted to go to the private hospital, knowing it would be more costly than a clinic or the government hospital. It was quicker. 

The doctor visit and three medications cost 550฿ (US$18).  At a clinic this would have cost no more than 200฿, but the wait period would most likely have been an hour or more
